Report

As countermeasures against COVID-19 have become a global issue, many of the technologies, products, and services required in the public health field are provided across national borders. In addition, companies with such technologies, products and services are flooded with inquiries from both inside and outside Japan.

On the other hand, information on the inquiring side (business scale, reliability, intention of business negotiations, etc.) is often limited, and it is not easy to determine the feasibility of a business negotiation with only this information. In addition, since the human resources of a company are also limited, it is not a good idea to increase the number of cases being handled without considering the priority of inquiries.

We provided business support as a contact point for overseas business to clients who have problems in responding to inquiries from overseas and promoting business negotiations. We requested the inquiries to provide additional information and created the English data and materials required to be provided.

We created a list of potential customers and business negotiations to select more transparent and highly viable business negotiations based on the evaluation of the business scale and reliability of the inquiring side. Currently, we are directly and indirectly supporting exchanges for closing the negotiations.
