Report

There are many companies in Japan with excellent products and services that are needed in every country. However, many of these companies are limited to operating domestically and do not have the opportunity to challenge overseas markets or are unaware of their potential in overseas markets.

At the same time, both the public and private sectors provide systems, programs, and services to support the overseas expansion of domestic companies, but these systems and services are not well known by the general public. For this reason, it’s hoped that there will be more contacts between providers of overseas expansion support systems and services and recipients of such systems and services, i.e., companies with products and services that meet the needs of overseas markets.

In this project, we selected domestic companies (about 70 companies) with high potential for overseas expansion, using our knowledge and experience in overseas expansion of products, technologies, and services in a wide range of fields that we have supported, and using overseas expansion support systems and service providers as our clients. We supported them in preparing drafts of overseas expansion strategies according to the characteristics of their products and services, which differ from each other.
