Report

The logistics business, which supports people’s lives and businesses around the world, has recently experienced a temporary downturn due to the Corona disaster and changes in the international situation. However, the industry as a whole continues to expand against the backdrop of progress in IT and automation, expansion of supply chains on a global scale, and changes in people’s purchasing behavior. Particularly in fast-growing emerging countries, the logistics market is also expanding remarkably, inextricably linked to the increase in economic activity.

In this project, we systematically organized the initiatives needed to commercialize the freight forwarding business in emerging markets, which continue to grow even after the Corona disaster. We supported in the creation of a roadmap, research and compilation of information that would enable an understanding of the current situation in the target markets, and preparation of business planning documents that concretely incorporated the business concept.
