COMPLIANCE POLICY

Compliance Policy

MSC Partners Inc. has been practicing fair, sound and transparent corporate activities in compliance with laws and regulations, based on the management philosophy of “building foundations for happiness.” since its founding in 2017.  In accordance with this compliance policy, we thoroughly implement compliance in all areas of our corporate activities.

1. Compliance with laws and compliance policies

We comply with the laws of Japan and other countries related to our business, and also comply with this compliance policy.

2. Compliance implementation system

We will establish a compliance system for officers/employees and all persons concerned with our company, and will also work on internal education activities necessary for compliance.

3. Build trust with customers and collaborators

We are committed to providing services aimed at solving the business challenges our customers face. In addition to customers, we will also arrange collaborative cooperation and strive to build a trusting relationship with partner companies.

4. Maintaining fair relationships with stakeholders

We maintain sound relationships with our stakeholders around the world and compete fairly.

5. Response to risk

We will share risks related to our business activities in Japan and overseas with our customers and related parties in advance as much as possible. In addition, by implementing risk avoidance and mitigation measures, we will reduce the possibility of incidents and accidents related to business activities, and strive to strengthen the relationship of trust with customers and related parties.

6. Elimination of antisocial forces

Our company does not have any relationship whatsoever with groups or individuals (so-called anti-social forces) pursuing economic profit by making full use of violence/power and fraudulent methods such as gangsters with a firm attitude.

7. Respect for human rights

Our officers/employees and all persons related to our company do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual preference, disability, etc. We will not engage in various harassment acts.

8. Measures for persons found to be non-compliant

Of our officers/employees and all persons related to our company, those who have seriously violated this compliance policy will be subjected to strict disposition according to the internal rules.
