Building a foundation for everyone to pursue their happiness ─── to achieve this goal, MSC Partners supports the overseas expansion of Japanese companies that contribute to solving the social and lifestyle challenges that people face in the world.
Utilizing Japanese technology, products and services to solve global problems, we also learn from the world’s sites and support each other. We are looking for human resources who can sympathize our activities based on “Building foundations for happiness.”

Business Planning and Financial Arrangement
Supporting the planning of global business and the financing of activities to realize the plan.
Strenghthening Business Operation Bases
Supporting to solidify the internal business operation basis of your company/team for tackling global business development, such as project team formation, human resource development, acquisition of information collection and analysis know-how, and support for introduction of remote operations.
Business Launch and Expansion
Solving business issues at each stage of commercialization such as local market surveys, customer development, demonstrations, business negotiations, and expansion of sales channels, etc.

| Work experience | -Over 10 years business experience with foreign governments, companies and foreign people -We highly evaluate business experience at foreign-affiliated companies and trading companies, consultant work experience in JICA’s “Small and Medium Enterprises/SDGs Business Support Project,” and activity experience at Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers and overseas NGOs. |
| Educational background/specialty | -Undergraduate degree -We highly evaluate overseas university graduates and those who have completed master’s or doctoral programs -We highly evaluate those who have outstanding strengths as experts (Examples of experts: planning and implementing overseas feasibility studies, economic evaluation of infrastructure development projects, human resource development of overseas workers, developing overseas sales channels for medical equipment, supporting overseas store development of restaurants, etc.) |
| Language skills | -Native or business level Japanese (N1) and English (TOEIC 800 points or higher) required -We highly evaluate speakers of foreign languages other than English and those who have studied abroad. |

Application guidelines
