My name is Masaya Sugita, Founder, President and CEO of MSC Partners Inc.
Thank you for visiting our site. For the past 15 years, I have been engaged in research on the living infrastructure of rural areas in Japan and the creation of living infrastructure in developing countries. What I learned from this experience is that the conditions of living infrastructure necessary for the pursuit of people’s happiness are common, even in diverse countries and regions. However, I have also seen directly with my own eyes the reality that there are many people in Japan and overseas who are not even at the starting point of being able to pursue happiness due to the insufficiency of the living infrastructure.

I launched our company in September 2017 with the mission of “building foundations so people around the world can pursue happiness.”
The company’s name, MSC, instills the idea that “We want to be a good partner who can provide consultations by providing solutions that are beneficial to our customers and those in the field.”
We have developed a flexible consulting experience in high-risk developing countries, especially through Japan’s ODA (Official Development Assistance) projects, and have solved various on-site issues using networks with global and local specialists.

As a global business consultant that directly connects customers with the world’s sites, we will fully support the business expansion of our customers’ technologies, products, and services so that they can be used across the borders and where they are awaited.

-Career-

Born in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture, Japan in 1979.
In 2011, completed the doctoral course at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Ph.D. (Engineering).
After working at Yachiyo Engineering Co., Ltd., as an overseas infrastructure development consultant from March 2011, established MSC Partners Inc. in September 2017.
